3. Pricing

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Orders

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, stock availability, suspected fraud, or any other reasonable circumstance. If payment has already been received, a full refund will be issued.

5. Payment

We use Yoco's secure payment gateway, protected by 3D Secure authentication. Crazy Tech DOES NOT collect, store, or have access to your card details. All payment information is securely processed by Yoco.

6. Shipping

Estimated delivery across South Africa is 5–10 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or remote delivery locations.

7. Returns & Refunds

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging where applicable.

Refunds or replacements will be processed in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa.

Products damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

8. Warranty

Where applicable, products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty periods vary depending on the product.

9. Limitation of Liability

Crazy Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, except where required by South African law.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). We only collect information necessary to process and deliver your order.
