Refund policy
At Crazy Tech, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is damaged upon arrival.
- You received the wrong product.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Include all original packaging, accessories, and manuals (if applicable).
- Be returned in the original packaging where possible.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, or other reasons, the following cannot be returned unless they are faulty:
- Products damaged through misuse or accidental damage.
- Products showing signs of wear and tear.
- Items that have been altered or modified after delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the product and packaging.
- A brief description of the issue.
We'll assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If your product is faulty or you received the wrong item, we'll gladly replace it with the same product (subject to stock availability).
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (incorrect, damaged, or defective item), Crazy Tech will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is for any other reason permitted by law, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Consumer Rights
This policy is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable South African consumer protection laws.
